Android 8 is the name that has been postulated for the new version of Google's operating system. And although at the moment it has not even been confirmed that this is going to be its definitive name, the first rumors about its novelties are already beginning to emerge.
Facilities to copy and paste, automatic detection of addresses or new finger gestures, are some of the new arrivals that are outlined.

Copyless function
This function, whose translation would be something like "Copy Less", has as its main objective to facilitate the functions of copying and pasting text. The idea is an intelligent system that would sense what we want to copy and paste, in order to avoid having to go through the whole process over and over again.
For example, if we are looking for a restaurant on Yelp and we want to send the address to a friend, as soon as we type “It is in…” Android would offer us the possibility of pasting the address automatically, without having to previously perform the Copy option.

Automatic address detection
A new option could be that Android automatically detects if the text we are writing consists of the address of some place.

New gesture controls
Other novelties that we could find in Android 8 are functions to control our smartphone through gestures.
So for example, by drawing a C on the screen, we could see how the address book opens. We have already seen this function in some smartphones from brands such as Huawei or One Plus, but now it would be native in Android 8 for smartphones of all brands.
