We already know the first PC with Android Remix OS

Android is an operating system that was born for mobile phones, but has subsequently been extended to tablets, watches, televisions and others. And it seems that the leap he had left to take was to reach computers. Something that has already become a reality thanks to Remix OS based on android 5.1, a PC version of Google's operating system, which will hit the market hand in hand with the brand AOC.

It will be a computer with rather basic features, but that will allow us to enjoy all the Android applications, on a slightly larger screen.

This is the first computer with Remix OS

Technical Specifications

The features of this computer are quite similar to those of the Android phones last generation. Thus, we find ourselves with a quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and two versions of 16 and 32 GB of storage, which we can expand using a USB memory.

It is an all-in-one device, that is, it will not have a screen and a tower, but everything will be included within the screen itself.

Also a separate monitor

Many may think that this equipment is not worth it, if we are only going to be able to use it for Android applications. But the reality is that it has an Ethernet connector and two HDMI inputs, which will allow us to use it as standalone monitor to connect it to a tower with Windows and give it a second use. Your screen with resolution Full HD can make us call attention to this possibility.

Many might think that being a PC with Android, it would have a touch screen, but the reality is that this is not the case. The first Remix OS computer is intended to be used with an external mouse and keyboard, which can be a bit uncomfortable, for the use of certain games.

Availability

AOC has not yet published an exact date for the launch of this Android computer, although it is expected to arrive in halves of this 2016 to the Chinese market. At the moment we do not know if it will ever go on sale in the West (although you can always find a way to buy it in Internet stores), and data on its price has not been published either, although shouldn't be too high, if you want to acquire a good market share.

Do you think a computer with Android is interesting? Do you augur a good future for Remix OS? Tell us your opinion in the comments section.
