Some apps are not compatible with all mobile models and brands, it may be the problem. You can consult the developer of the app in case it happens to other s3.

Having the default keyboard, before when I wrote a word I started to write it and it came out in the first rectangle with a blue tone and in the next rectangle I got the word correctly written if there was a misspelling and in the following rectangles if I had saved related words with that. Now it comes out when I write the word in the middle rectangle, the saved words don't come out and sometimes it doesn't correct the ones that are missing, it puts them in the text with the missing one.

Hello, that icon tells you that something is being downloaded! It must be in vibrate or silent mode, try activating it by lowering the menu that is at the top of the screen (it is where it comes out, bluetooth, gps, wifi)

Hello… I don't see the icons at the top of the screen: Mail, Text message, Wattshapp, missed calls. I only see an icon with a line in the middle, maybe this icon is blocking the other but I don't know how to delete it.

I received a notification days ago and I updated it quickly and without problems, make sure you have the battery at 100% so that it does not run out of battery in the middle of the update.
