Who reads recipe books or user manuals? Let's see who raises their hand. Since the inception of video platforms like YouTube and IGTV, every time we need a new recipe or struggle with a new product, a simple search on YouTube solves all the problems.
But any how-to, DIY, or recipe video on YouTube takes a long time to build to a climax. To solve this problem, Google's Area 120 Lab created a new application called "Tangi".

Tangy is a video platform for short and sharp videos illustrating easy food recipes, DIY projects, and fashion hacks.
The application is simple. There are a handful of creators who make videos under a minute, as there is a 60 second limit. Then videos on the platform remain compact and provide more information in less time. There are five categories in the app: Art, Cooking, DIY, Fashion & Beauty, and Lifestyle.
Each category contains 30-55 second videos. There is no section for technology at this time. But I think the technology section will be a big addition to the list. So if you want to know how to reset or r your smartphone, you still have to go to YouTube.
The name of the app is unusual, but there is an explanation. The company said in a blog post which came from the words “TeAch and Dive” and “tangible” meaning things you can touch/do.
For Android, on the web
One drawback of the application is that currently only available for iOS platform. Therefore, Android users must trust the website, wherever it is available, since it is not available in countries such as Spain. If you're wondering when Google first started releasing iOS apps, well, Google has done this before too, with the Motion Stills app and Gboard.
By browsing the “all” section, which contains videos from all categories, you can learn new cool DIY hacks and some simple and innovative food recipes.
