Third option (Key combination)

If we cannot enter the phone's menus, we will reset it to factory mode using the buttons.

1. We turn on the phone by holding down the power button + volume keys at the same time.

2. The device will display different options to choose from.

3. We use the volume up/down keys to scroll through the menus.

4. We select Recovery and confirm with the on button.

5. The Motorola Razr will power up with the Motorola logo and an exclamation mark.

6. We press both volume keys at the same time.

7. The device will display the text in blue with a black background.

8. We use the volume down key to scroll and the power button to select.

9. In this case, we scroll until Wipe data / factory reset is selected and press the power button to confirm.

10. Use the volume key again to move to YES – delete all user data and press the power button to confirm.

11. The device will start the Factory Data Reset – restore to factory mode.

12. Once the reset is complete, press the power button to start the reboot.

13. The message rebooting will be displayed on the screen.

The device will reboot and start its normal startup. After this procedure, the mobile will be as when we first took it out of the box, when we bought it.
