La update to android 4.3 for samsung galaxy s4 , arrived a few days ago via Wi-fi y Choose and immediately afterwards, the users of this mobile phone, they began to report errors with the connection Wi-Fi, the low autonomy of the battery, problems with the notification bar, among other bugs.
The patch that solves these problems, for free s4 originally. At the moment it can only be applied from Samsung Kies, from where we have captured the image above. We have tried the download via Wi-Fi of the Samsung Galaxy S4, but at the moment it is not available via OTA(On The Air).

Procedure to apply the update patch for Android 4.3 – Samsung Galaxy S4.
- We connect our Galaxy S4 to the computer with Samsung Kies installed.
- Important, we must have the latest version of Kies installed. Now available kies3.
- Once downloaded and installed kies3Following the specifications indicated by Samsung, we connect the Galaxy S4 to the computer. It will then recognize the phone and show that there is a new version of android available for this phone, like the picture above.
- Click on update and the process will begin, receiving the notice (image below) on how to successfully apply this patch. Do not continue with the process if the phone is rooted or modified with cooked ROMS. Have the battery fully charged before starting, as well as other tips.
- Click on “I have read the previous information” and start the update.
- Again it will show us another notice with the improvements and updates of the patch or update.
- Click on “next” (image above) and the download of the update components will begin.
- After downloading, it will show us the following image:
- Once downloaded, the update and application of the patch will begin, all this without disconnecting the phone from the computer, as the windows that Kies shows us insistently show us.
- After finishing and restarting the Samsung Galaxy S4, we must have the version Android 4.3 and as firmware reference I9505XXUEMK8(Spain).
Once the whole process is finished, we will have the improvement patch applied and with it, the problems mentioned above should disappear.
If you haven't updated yet and you get notification for 4.3, please install the firmware I9505XXUEMK8(Spain), pressing on the phone on settings, more, about the device.

Before this error, update to the latest android version with kies or if you have it, restore it to factory mode so that it takes the parameters of that version.
