With this, we will see if the problem is solved, if not, we go to the next step, the hard reset.
Format Huawei Ascend G510
If you let us use the menus:
On the home screen, let's settings – personal – reset – factory data reset.
Hard Reset, recovery menu
If it does not let us use the screen menus, by means of the buttons we will do the hard reset:
Beware, all data is lost. We turn off the phone.
Once completely off, press and hold the button «on/off»And that of turn up the volume (highlighted in the image), we keep it pressed until the android robot appears lying down and with its “belly” open.
We will move through the menu with the volume up and down buttons, we use the volume down button to select «Wipe data/factory reset – reset factory mode», then press the power button to confirm that option and then, select «yes / si» and confirm with the power button.
After this procedure, the reset to factory mode of the Huawei Ascend G510. For a few minutes, it will go back to the original settings, just like you took it out of the box. When the reset is finished, click on “restart / reboot”.

The format process failed, if you were modded or rooted, you can get that error. Try resetting again. Otherwise you will have to apply a huawei ROM.

You can skip the account setup for later. The wifi, which does not have a password, to try to connect without problem, then you can activate the wifi password again.

Try resetting it to factory mode. If everyone has the same problem, it may be a failure of that model.

If the bar disappeared due to rooting or modifying, I would say yes, it needs a total reinstallation of the system.
