It's very easy, you just have to turn off your cell phone, turn it on again with the central key pressed, go down to factory settings and press where it says yes and that's it

– a menu has come out
– I have selected reset menu wipe data or something like that
– I have moved with the volume key, but the selection (in my case) is done with the large central key
