ANOTHER METHOD.
I had exactly the same problem… What I did was simple and I didn't have to delete anything at all. I connected the headphones to the cell phone to listen to music at least and I was able to play the music thanks to the button that some headphones have to talk, then in the album image of the song playing I kept pressed and 3 options appeared, select any one, whatever I go to the browser, search for Launchers in google and it takes me to the Google Play page which allows me to open it with the Play Store... I downloaded the Launcher and everything is fine, no problems, then if you don't like it go to "Settings" and stop the start application, restart the phone, and uninstall the Launcher if you want.
