Click on the above link Download PC Companion to save it on your computer, then we run it and once it is open, select within PC Companion – Start in the Support Zone program and when a message appears that there is no terminal connected, you must select the Repair option to solve your problem.
Next, you must follow the steps that the program indicates and at one point in the process, it will ask you to connect your Sony mobile to the computer via the USB cable, with the phone turned off. After accepting, the software repair process will start and you will have to wait for it to complete. It lasts about 20-30 minutes (depending on the connection speed) and once finished, the program will notify you to disconnect the Xperia mobile from the computer and restart it.
To avoid the interference of other programs such as firewalls, etc., disable antivirus and firewalls that you have installed on your Windows computer, before performing the update with PC Companion.
Inform that the information stored in the internal memory of the mobile will be deleted, so if you did not make a previous copy of the data, said information will be lost.
Format Sony Xperia M2 via Settings menu
The second option is a little simpler and can be carried out when we have access to the mobile phone menu but it is very slow, for this we only have to go to the «Settings» and access Backup and reset, after that you must select «Factory data reset«, we select Delete everything, confirm and that's it, we already have our Xperia M2 as when we took it out of the box for the first time.

Hello, with PC companion you have the option to recover it completely, by applying the official Sony rom, try that.

Format completely and it should give you access, depending on the android version you have. As of 5.1 it is somewhat more complicated, with previous versions, just by resetting you recover it.

You have to keep the volume up and on until the recovery menu comes out, I don't know if the Movistar version has any changes in that regard.
