The Time of Flight technology featured in Samsung's 2020 flagships is a given, and the company is likely to improve the technology, through software and hardware innovations.

The Weibo rumor suggests that Chinese company Sunny Optical will supply Samsung with ToF sensors for the Galaxy S11 lineup. However, the details of this sensor are not yet known, but since Sunny has not supplied components to Samsung for the Galaxy Note 10, we believe that the manufacturer could be focused on improving the hardware.

This buzz is fueled by the fact that Sunny also manufactures custom solutions for its customers.
