Only in the US and Canada

Instead of choosing a number of users at random as other applications do in their tests, in Blackberry Messenger they have preferred a geographical segmentation, and at the moment we can only access video calls if we use the app from USA or Canada.

In both countries, the function is already available and it is only necessary to download the latest version. With this new feature, BBM for Android joins many other messaging applications that already have video calls between their users, such as Facebook Messenger, IMO, Hangouts, Facetime on iOS, Skype or Viber. The goal is for BBM to grow in number of users and acquire a little more market share.
