Three ways to reset Huawei Ascend P1 XL and restore data to factory mode

Procedures to reset Huawei Ascend P1 XL to factory mode

First option (soft reset)

Second option (via menu)

If this does not solve the problem, there is no other option but to do a factory data reset. Remove the SIM card and on the home screen, tap:

• Menu and select Recovery → Wipe data→ Factory data reset → Reset phone →remove all.

Attention, all data on the phone is deleted. At this point, you may have to establish again the password o standard de unlocking of your mobile, this action can be done from Menu – Settings – Reset settings.

Third option (key combination)

With the phone turned off (remove and reinsert the battery) press and hold the keys de INCREASE y LOWER VOLUME. Subsequently, without releasing the others, press the SWITCHED ON (POWER) , until the Android home screen appears. At that time you must release all the buttons.

Using the VOLUME DOWN button, we will move through the phone menu until we select FACTORY DATA RESET. Then press the MENU button to select it.
