If you formatted it and still continue with the problem, it may be incompatible or mobile failure.

Well, it's weird, it should enter without a problem, make sure that the gmail configuration is correct. If not, try resetting to factory mode.

3g has nothing to do with calls, it is the mobile internet connection.
