Samsung Galaxy M31 with 6,000 mAh battery to launch on February 25

Having launched the Samsung Galaxy M30 last year, Samsung is set to launch its successor, the Galaxy M31, in Asian countries later this month. The mobile phone will be launched on February 25 in India and will be exclusive to Amazon India.

The Samsung Galaxy M31 also has its own page on Amazon and has revealed some of the key technical specifications of the device, including a battery massive 6,000 mAh like the Galaxy M30s.

The rest of the hardware includes a quad-camera setup on the rear, led by a 64MP sensor.

The L-shaped placement of the four sensors inside the rectangular camera is similar to what we've already seen on the Galaxy A51, Galaxy S10 Lite, Galaxy Note 10 Lite, and others.

Samsung has also confirmed that the device will feature a Full HD+ Super AMOLED “Infinity-U” display.

Processor, RAM memory of the Galaxy M31, yet to be known

The rest of the technical specifications, including the processor, RAM, storage, secondary image sensors, details about the display panel and other information, remain secret for now.

But we won't be surprised if Samsung plans to reveal some of these details in the run-up to the actual launch.

It will also be interesting to see if the device will be priced similarly to its predecessors, which could make it a worthy competitor against popular devices like the Redmi Note 8 Pro and Realme 5 Pro.

Meanwhile, Samsung will also launch the series Galaxy S20, Galaxy z flip and Galaxy Buds + at its "Unpacked" event. While the Galaxy S20 series will be the successor to last year's Galaxy S10 lineup, the Galaxy Z Flip will be the Korean giant's second-generation foldable mobile phone.

It will be shaped like a clamshell like the foldable Moto Razr 2019. As for the Galaxy Buds+, they will be the company's next-generation wireless earbuds and the successor to last year's truly wireless Galaxy Buds.
