Does Google Play services consume a lot of battery? Google Play Services is a service of the operating system Android, which makes all the main functions of the system work on your Android mobile regardless of the version you have.

Check that none of the accounts have any problems

Many times, the reason why Google Play Services consumes more battery than necessary is because there is an account that is misconfigured. Note that this process takes care of the app sync, so if the accounts are misconfigured, it is normal for it to drain milliamps and milliamps without reason.

To check this, go to Settings>Accounts and check that no app has an exclamation mark next to it. If so, sign back into that app again.

Keep only the necessary accounts

If it is not a problem in the configuration, the problem may be that you have more active accounts than your mobile can support.

Start the mobile in safe mode if the Google Play Services consume a lot of battery
