The Honor V30 series will launch on November 26 in China with a punch-hole display design. Also a new Weibo image reveals that this mobile phone will feature a new camera system on the rear.
The phone shown in the image below reveals the camera setup with three cameras placed vertically, along with an LED flash and camera marking all within a rectangular shape.
The back also contains the mark "Honor". The phone comes in four gradient colors of sky blue, black, orange, and blue. However, the appearance may be slightly different from the current image and no official confirmation is available on the design yet.
Honor V30 will have new camera settings
According to previous information, this series of smartphones will come in two variants, one “Pro” and the other normal. It will come with a dual hole-punch display and powered by the Kirin 990 (5G) processor.
Honor chairman Zhao Ming said the new V series will represent the company's 5G era and renamed it the Vera series. Zhao also confirmed that the first 5G smartphone - Honor V30 / Vera30 will arrive later this year.
Compared to Honor V20, Huawei this year expected to introduce two models: V30 and V30 Pro.
As we are still some way from the official release, there is some early information we want you to know about.
Honor V30 specifications
The Honor V30 comes with a hole-punch design LCD screen and V30 Pro with a dual hole-punch design OLED screen, to house a dual selfie camera.
Both phones will be powered by the Kirin 990 (5G) processor with 6GB/8GB RAM variants and 128GB/256GB internal storage options.
According to the information, Honor V30 comes with a quad rear camera consisting of 60MP main camera + 16MP ultra wide angle + 2MP Macro + ToF.
The Pro version will have a quad rear camera comprising of a 60MP main camera + 20MP ultra wide + 8MP telephoto + ToF. Both V30s have a 32MP selfie camera, while the V30 Pro will have a 32MP selfie + portrait camera.
The Honor V30 will be equipped with a 4000mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging. The Honor V30 Pro with a 4200mAh battery with 40W Huawei SuperCharge and 15W wireless charging.
Release date and prices
The V30 series 5G will be launched on November 26, 2019, while the price has not been confirmed yet. The above specifications are based on recent data.
