Android 10 Beta coming soon to Galaxy Note 10

Galaxy S and Galaxy Note Series merge once again

Samsung's beta version of Android 10 began earlier this month with the series Galaxy S10. The software isn't available everywhere, and a broader rollout is expected to begin this week.

OneUI 2.0 based on Android 10 has interesting things in store for users. Samsung's beta program typically lasts a month, with a stable version rolling out a week later. If things go well, we can expect the first builds of OneUI 2.0 to be deployed in mid-November.

Ideally, most international unlocked Galaxy S10s should have it before the end of the year. Galaxy Note 10 users, on the other hand, may have to wait a bit longer.

Android 10 BETA on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10

It won't be long as Samsung Korea released a hint about One UI 2.0 beta for Note 10 series on October 22, 2019.

A post in the Samsung Community Forum, about the beta program, coming soon to the Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Note 10+, and their 5G counterparts. The software will be available to all Galaxy Note 10 users in Korea. As usual, users have to sign up for the trial from the Samsung Members app when it goes live. Based on the teasers Samsung unveiled for the Galaxy S10 series, we can expect this to be a done deal within a week. Korea will be the first region to test Android 10, followed by regions like Germany (where Samsung is known to test much of its software).

OneUI 2.0 based on Android 10 features far fewer changes compared to its predecessor. It's not a surprise, considering that most of Android 10's features are already part of OneUI (or Samsung Experience before that).

Some of the notable changes include the addition of Digital Wellbeing features (in part due to Google making it mandatory for every Android 10 it builds), a new system-wide dark mode that works in conjunction with the android 10 dark mode. Also new navigation gestures, a native screen recording app, and a new camera UI.

Android 10 on the Galaxy note 10 seems closer, to the delight of its users.
